Did you see it? It just now slipped quietly by. Here comes another one. Whoops .... it's gone too. Ah .... one more. One more what you might be asking. A moment. A fleeting moment. One that is yours for the taking - now - but will never come again.
Sometimes that is a good thing. The difficult times. The painful times. Those times we'd rather not remember.
But there are other times. Times when we are preoccupied. Times when we fret and worry. Times we miss completely by looking at something other than now.
I read another blog post that said that now is where God lives. "Now" is where we find Him.
The more I think about it - the truer that becomes for me.
I had this video went to me by an old school chum. It so fit in with what I was thinking and feeling that I want to post it here. It, ironically, it titled "Now."
When the student is ready ... the teacher appears.

Father God, Help us to make the most use of "now" as we possibly can. It is a moment given to us by You, a moment in time will never come again. Amen and amen.
